· Free of charge, we will pack your items in either a standard box or bubble box for delicate items.

· But no insurance to buy for the breakable items, like jade, porcelain, or other sort of the fragile /breakable thing, we try our best to pack them safely for you. But we will not pay you back for the broken item, so please do adventure if you do want to order ship them.

To the customers when you are in Guangzhou: If you have large staff and don’t want to carry it to home, we would like to help you and get good deal from our shipping company , you can get them in 10days by EMS or 5 ,6 days by DHL, your package will be shipped to you promptly and safely. But please pay for your shipping costs in advance.
